The West Hancock Student Council is made up of two freshman representatives, four sophomores representatives, four junior representatives, and six senior representatives. The student council members vote on a president, vice-president, and secretary at the beginning of the school year. Throughout the year, the members particpate in several activities including homecoming festivities, homecoming dance, chocolate sales, blood drive, data match, and occasionally a winter dance.
